	OK, so here's some of what I've learned over the years. I have been involved with many house moving projects and there are a few rules of thumb: 1) do not think your going to save money because your buying an existing house, 2) the housemover is the most important person on the project, 3) your primary reason to move an old building should be to save the old building; otherwise you should build a new one.
								Here are some I have been involved with.
			How do I find one? Believe it or not old houses are everywhere. Go for a drive "in the country" and you will see for yourself. Trouble is, even when you find one how do you find the owner?
