This one has been sitting like this for as long as I have been driving this strech of river road. I didn't go in, but my guess is that very little has been done to it since it was built. The additions to the rear, the kitchen and bathroom are great! The front facade, with the door to the left implies a side hall which is unusual in a rural environment. I'd expect to see this in New Orleans. It might be called a "half house". A fully developed version would have an equal size room to the left.
Based on quick look at the floor framing, the construction type is balloon frame whch suggests a construction date of 1870-1880.
Hard to see, but notice the middle door which is a stair to the attic. It has a stoop! Very unusual.
